The Official F-19 Stealth Fighter Handbook

by Richard Sheffield

Suggested Reading List

If you would like to read more about the Stealth Fighter and its role in the modern Air Force, I would suggest the following:

Sweetman, Bill. Stealth Aircraft. Osceola, Wisconsin:

Motorbooks International 1986.

A good introduction to stealth concepts, though some what outdated now.

Jones, Joseph. Stealth Technology: The Art of Black Magic. Blue Ridge Summit, PA: Tab Books 1989.

An excellent introduction to all kinds of stealth-type aircraft with the latest unclassified material.

Clancy, Tom. Red Storm Rising. New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons 1986.

Although this is a work of fiction, it provides an outstanding example of how the Stealth Fighter might actually be used in combat in "Operation Dreamland." A "must read" for military simulation fans.
